Prepared as One: Institutional & Individual Readiness for Crisis Response -
A dynamic training that equips organizations and individuals with practical tools to respond effectively during any critical incident. Combining the Standard Response Protocol (SRP) for clear, all-hazards institutional communication with Run, Hide, Fight strategies for personal survival, the program builds confidence, coordination, and readiness—ensuring that while crisis is unpredictable, your response is prepared.
Workplace Crisis Response: Training for Active Threat Situations:
This prepares participants to act decisively during violent critical incidents such as active shooter events. The training emphasizes human behavioral responses under stress, teaching how to move from denial to decisive action, while applying the Run. Hide. Fight. model with situational awareness and improvisation. Participants also gain insight into law enforcement priorities, ensuring their actions align with responders to reduce confusion and enhance safety. The result is greater confidence, readiness, and the ability to respond effectively when crisis strikes
Initial Response to an Active Threat:
This intensive one-day course is designed to equip frontline law enforcement officers and armed security personnel with the foundational tactics and decision-making skills necessary to respond to an active threat event. Whether serving as an introductory course for those new to active threat response or a refresher for experienced officers, this training reinforces essential principles while introducing updated approaches for today’s evolving threat landscape.
Initial Active Threat Post Engagement Tactics
This course bridges the critical gap between the initial police response and the arrival of Rescue Task Force (RTF) units, empowering officers to take decisive action in high-threat environments before specialized medical teams arrive. Participants will develop essential life-saving skills to stabilize casualties and establish control of the scene. The training emphasizes immediate security measures at the crisis point and reinforces the importance of initial incident command, following the roles outlined in the Active Shooter Incident Management Checklist. The goal is to enable initial response units to transition more effectively from stopping the threat to stopping the dying, while expediting the integration of RTF units.
Virtual Reality Tactical Assessment and Evaluation Course

This one-day intensive program leverages state-of-the-art virtual reality (VR) technology to enhance tactical skills, situational awareness, and decision-making under pressure. Foundations of Initial Incident Command: Leading the First Moments
This course introduces the core principles of initial incident command for first-arriving personnel. Participants will learn how to quickly assess dynamic situations, establish command, communicate effectively, and implement the Incident Command System (ICS) to bring structure to chaos. The course emphasizes the critical decisions made in the first 15 minutes of an incident and provides practical tools for maintaining control, ensuring responder safety, and setting the groundwork for a scalable response.
School Safety and Violent Event Incident Management (SSAVEIM) 8-hour
(Partnership with Priority of Life Training and Consulting https://priorityoflife.org)
The School Safety and Violent Event Incident Management (SSAVEIM) course is designed to bring school personnel and emergency responders together to improve incident management and response integration to violent events in schools. The SSAVEIM training allows participants to work side-by-side to manage a school violent event from Lockdown to Reunification. SSAVEIM integrates the Active Shooter Incident Management Checklist™ and process from C3 Pathways with The "I Love U Guys" Foundation Standard Response Protocol (SRP) and Standard Reunification Method (SRM) to provide a unique, hands-on training experience.
Emergency Tactical Breaching for Initial Responders
(In Partnership with Triple 7 consulting)
This hands-on course equips law enforcement and emergency responders with the essential skills to conduct emergency breaching during critical incidents. Focused on speed, safety, and sound decision-making, participants will learn mechanical breaching techniques to gain entry in active threat, barricade, and rescue scenarios. The course emphasizes practical application, team coordination, and the ability to rapidly access secured areas to save lives and support overall response objectives. Designed specifically for patrol officers and initial responders, this training ensures readiness when every second matters.
De-Escalation Training for Retail Employees
This practical and engaging course is designed to equip retail employees with the skills and confidence needed to effectively manage challenging customer interactions, reduce tension, and maintain a safe, respectful work environment. Focused on real-world application, the training emphasizes proactive techniques to prevent conflict and promote positive outcomes. Participants will explore what de-escalation is and why it’s essential in retail settings, while learning to recognize the benefits for both staff and customers. The course covers how to identify common triggers and early warning signs of escalating behavior, apply self-awareness and self-control to manage personal reactions, and use effective communication tools such as active listening and empathy.
